Job Description

 

Data Entry:

  • Accurately capturing and entering data from various sources (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, emails) into Tourplan.
  • Nightsbridge and Tourplan price loading and price maintenance
  • Nightsbridge support and maintenance

 Data Verification:

  • Checking accuracy and completeness of entered data by comparing it with source documents and correcting any errors.

 Data Maintenance:

  • Keeping data organized, updated, and easily accessible, and updating records.

 Reporting:

  • Generating reports based on captured data, often for internal use or external reporting requirements.
  • Ad Hoc reports and checking
  • Preparation of monthly camp payment reports – NRR

 Compliance:

  • Adhering to data protection policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

 Problem-solving:

  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.

 Communication and Planning:

  • Liaising with suppliers or other stakeholders to clarify or obtain missing data.
  • Setting up training schedules and diaries and coordinate training sessions.
  • Setting up and coordinating staff Educational including travel arrangements
  • Preparation of training documents and agenda’s
  • Reservation staff travel arrangements – Educationals etc.

Salary

R25000 - 30000 CTC dep on experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar environment
  • Good geographical and destination knowledge
  • Tourplan system – desirable
  • Microsoft  – essential
  • Minimum Senior certificate or equivalent
  • Tertiary certificate in travel related field desirable
