Description

Consult with Investec clients to prepare quotes and issue domestic flight and land bookings, while delivering out-of-the-ordinary client service. Identify opportunities to offer hotels and car hire where relevant. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to develop into an international travel consultant position. A passion for air travel, strong client focus, and clear commitment to duty of care are essential.

• Ability to achieve the individual targets as set out in the Consultant KPI and performance targets and collect applicable service fees.
• ADMs are reported as risk events and depending on the quantum and severity, may give rise to a performance process

Required Qualifications

Experience, skill and capability

• Ideally experience in a leisure travel environment. Corporate experienced consultants may apply too (Leisure focus of the role is very different though)
• Ideally has some Amadeus GDS experience
• Aptitude for internal IT and CRM systems (training will be provided on internal systems)
• Anticipating client’s challenges and proactively solving
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ownership, Accountability & Responsibility
