Job Description
To handle client queries from start to finish.
- Quoting
- Booking of flights, accommodation, excursions, transfers, special requests.
- Issuing vouchers
- Tracking payments and ensuring seamless coordination for individual and group travel.
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Southern and East Africa, knowledge of IOI advantageous.
GDS booking system knowledge and experience - Galileo advantageous.
Ability to work UK hours.
