About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Outbound Leisure Consultant who shares our passion for exceptional travel and memorable client experiences. This is a role for someone who understands the finer details of outbound travel, enjoys crafting considered and high-quality itineraries, and takes pride in delivering a seamless service from start to finish. You will work with a strong sense of ownership and independence, while being part of a team of experienced professionals who value collaboration, excellence, and a shared love of travel.

This is a hybrid role during the onboarding period, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Once onboarding has been successfully completed, the position transitions to fully remote home-based work, offering flexibility within a supportive and connected team environment.

Experience & requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in outbound leisure sales.
• Strong GDS proficiency and solid experience with NDC platforms.
• Excellent destination and product knowledge, including Europe, the Far East, Indian Ocean Islands, and cruise.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex itinerary logistics.
• Commercial acumen and ability to meet revenue targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems is an advantage.

General Details

Remuneration:  A highly competitive basic monthly salary, with a lucrative uncapped commission structure and volume-based incentive opportunities.
