Job Description

To manage end-to-end ticketing processes, ensuring accurate reservations, ticket issuance, amendments, and full compliance with airline fare rules and company procedures, while delivering high-quality customer service.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue tickets in line with airline fare rules and ticketing regulations
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of:
    • Fare construction and pricing
    • Airline tariffs and ticketing rules
    • PNR management and servicing
  • Process ticketing transactions including reissues, refunds, voids, and exchanges
  • Manage turnaround times on all ticketing requests in line with operational expectations
  • Ensure compliance with airline, IATA, and company procedures
  • Deliver high standards of customer service and support overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all bookings and ticketing processes

  • Strong GDS proficiency (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a travel agency or ticketing environment
  • Proven hands-on experience using a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and fare rules
  • Basic knowledge of world geography and airline codes
