Job Description

  • Ensure invoices are timely processed & settled, coordinate with Corporate Finance for timely payment & Expense reports.
  • Maintaining schedules and details of project financial transfers and other project related payments required and their due dates.
  • Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner
  • Assist in facilitating the smooth flowing of routine, administrative work with due care for all applicable policies and Procedures.
  • Assist and provide guidance on the management of change initiatives like ACE, business process transformation, engagement programs, monthly crew meetings etc. of the department in coordination different sections.
  • Compiles budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets.
  • Maintain the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of ledgers and all supporting documentation and compliance with finance and procurement regulations.
  • Works closely with HR & Finance-MRO and Legal office on the next legal action if an employee defaults the agreement/contract.
  • Maintains up to date personnel list of the department by cost center for reference and management consumption.
  • Reviews semi-annual property and equipment status report of the department, co-ordinate with concerned department and timely prepare adjusted report for review and approval by Director Ethiopian Foundation s.
  • As Ethiopian Airlines Brand Ambassador, you are responsible to promote and adhere to the Brand Guidelines’
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Management /Accounting /Business Management/ Economics/ Marketing Management/ Management Information System/ Business Administration/ Economics & Finance/ Business Administration & Information System/ English Language & Literature or any related field of Study from a recognized college/university and Completion of College trainee program for this position or a minimum of one year experience in ET
  • OR A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in the above mentioned or related field or any related field of Study from recognized TVET/College/University and SOM graduate with minimum of four years’ experience.
