Job Description
To manage end-to-end ticketing processes, ensuring accurate reservations, ticket issuance, amendments, and full compliance with airline fare rules and company procedures, while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue tickets in line with airline fare rules and ticketing regulations
- Maintain strong working knowledge of:
- Fare construction and pricing
- Airline tariffs and ticketing rules
- PNR management and servicing
- Process ticketing transactions including reissues, refunds, voids, and exchanges
- Manage turnaround times on all ticketing requests in line with operational expectations
- Ensure compliance with airline, IATA, and company procedures
- Deliver high standards of customer service and support overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all bookings and ticketing processes
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong GDS proficiency (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in a travel agency or ticketing environment
- Proven hands-on experience using a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or similar)
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and fare rules
- Basic knowledge of world geography and airline codes
