Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Meet or exceed revenue, acquisition, and pipeline growth targets.
• Research markets and competitors to identify emerging opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for top accounts, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• Create strategic account plans aimed at retention, upselling, and cross-selling services.
• Represent Munghana Travel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Proactively manage travel disruptions (flight cancellations, schedule changes) with immediate, creative problem-solving and communication. Must be able to handle pressure.
• GDS & Systems Proficiency: Utilize Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Travel IT) for complex bookings, reissues, and amendments while maintaining meticulous CRM records.

Required Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Travel/Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate or VIP travel management
