Job Description
- To efficiently issue tickets and complex reissues on the GDS
- Galileo or Amadeus certificates
- Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
- Manual fare build knowledge essential
- Adherence to Amadeus / Galileo processes and procedures

Required Qualifications
- Matric Certificate
- Amadeus or Galileo Certificates
- Fares course would be an advantage
- Minimum 4 years experience handling all aspects of travel

- Excellent communication skills, including resolution
- Well versed with industry standards. IATA/GDS/Customer service
- BSP understanding
- Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
- Sound geographical knowledge
