To efficiently issue tickets and complex reissues on the GDS
Galileo or Amadeus certificates
Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
Manual fare build knowledge essential
Adherence to Amadeus / Galileo processes and procedures

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

Matric Certificate
Amadeus or Galileo Certificates
Fares course would be an advantage
Minimum 4 years experience handling all aspects of travel

Full understanding of ticketing / issue in exchange
Excellent communication skills, including resolution
Well versed with industry standards. IATA/GDS/Customer service
BSP understanding
Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
Sound geographical knowledge
