Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for managing a portfolio of global clients. The key focus area being multi-level client relationships, understanding the global contract per client and aligning to the contract in order to achieve a strategic, value-added service delivery towards each global client. The CGM needs to have a relationship with both the global key contacts as well as the local client where permitted. There is a requirement for an understanding of the various online booking tools in order to support the client with their technology of choice.

Required Qualifications

• Matric Qualification
• Degree in Business Management 
• Or studying towards a Degree in Business Management
• Microsoft proficiency (word, excel, power point)
• Online booking tool technology
• Sound financial knowledge in order to negotiate client fee models and understand margin per client at all times
• Ability to read and understand client MI reports and convert into presentable review
• Sales and relationship building capability
