Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for managing a portfolio of global clients. The key focus area being multi-level client relationships, understanding the global contract per client and aligning to the contract in order to achieve a strategic, value-added service delivery towards each global client. The CGM needs to have a relationship with both the global key contacts as well as the local client where permitted. There is a requirement for an understanding of the various online booking tools in order to support the client with their technology of choice.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matric Qualification
- Degree in Business Management
- Or studying towards a Degree in Business Management
- Microsoft proficiency (word, excel, power point)
- Online booking tool technology
- Sound financial knowledge in order to negotiate client fee models and understand margin per client at all times
- Ability to read and understand client MI reports and convert into presentable review
- Sales and relationship building capability
