Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BSP Accredited Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key business functions and contributing to the continued success of the organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform core duties related to the role with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in BSP min 3 years
• Proven experience in processing refunds in the GDS Smartpoint  , reconciling the BSP billing , tracking and disputing all ADM’s as well as processing all ACM’s
• Knowledge of the QTrav System  , processing of Invoicing , credit notes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in all Microsoft office products such as Outlook , word, Excel
