Job Description

  • The role supports the Contracting team through accurate maintenance of supplier systems, digital platforms, and contracting documentation.  effective 
  • It includes administration of the SRM, Docusign, SharePoint, and the ticketing system to ensure efficient workflows, data integrity, supplier management, team efficiency and effective supplier and stakeholder support.

Required Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 1 Year business administration experience
  • Knowledge of Southern Africa
  • Understanding of Online Competitors, Distribution and consumer purchasing trends
  • Tourplan system knowledge
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Picture Manager)
  • Adobe Reader
