- The role supports the Contracting team through accurate maintenance of supplier systems, digital platforms, and contracting documentation. effective
- It includes administration of the SRM, Docusign, SharePoint, and the ticketing system to ensure efficient workflows, data integrity, supplier management, team efficiency and effective supplier and stakeholder support.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1 Year business administration experience
- Knowledge of Southern Africa
- Understanding of Online Competitors, Distribution and consumer purchasing trends
- Tourplan system knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Picture Manager)
- Adobe Reader
