Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of the Cape Town branch
• Build a high-performing sales team from with support from head office
• Handle all client enquiries directly in the early stages
• Drive branch sales – leisure, Umrah, and corporate – and meet monthly targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat and referral business
• Ensure all bookings, quotes, follow-ups, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain full CRM usage and accountability for deals, client records, and reporting
• Work closely with head office to align on strategy, marketing, and hiring
• Represent Sure Mithas Travel with professionalism and integrity in the Cape Town market

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in travel consulting with leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge of leisure and Umrah travel products
• Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
• Proficient in GDS (preferably Amadeus), online booking platforms, and CRM tools
• High level of professionalism, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to guide, coach, and build a high-performing team
• Comfortable taking ownership and ensuring operational excellence
