Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the Cape Town branch
- Build a high-performing sales team from with support from head office
- Handle all client enquiries directly in the early stages
- Drive branch sales – leisure, Umrah, and corporate – and meet monthly targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat and referral business
- Ensure all bookings, quotes, follow-ups, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain full CRM usage and accountability for deals, client records, and reporting
- Work closely with head office to align on strategy, marketing, and hiring
- Represent Sure Mithas Travel with professionalism and integrity in the Cape Town market

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in travel consulting with leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of leisure and Umrah travel products
- Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
- Proficient in GDS (preferably Amadeus), online booking platforms, and CRM tools
- High level of professionalism, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to guide, coach, and build a high-performing team
- Comfortable taking ownership and ensuring operational excellence
