Job Description

• Manage client relationships, book travel arrangements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must possess excellent communication (both verbal & written), and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of travel requirements, including visas and passports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Hardworking.
• Proficiency in travel industry software and technology, such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of travel destinations.
• Customer service-oriented mindset, with a dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

R16000 - R20000 + comm

Required Qualifications

• Min 2-years’ experience in Travel industry
• Must be able to work on the Amadeus system
