Job Description

Key performance areas:

  • To assist Travel Consultants with international land arrangements
  • Quality Control Galileo PNRs – Destinations booked, Airports correct, dates of travel etc.
  • Update and Communicate with consultants regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
  • Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly.

Required Qualifications

Essential requirements: 

  • National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 10+ years’ experience as consultant.
  • Galileo (SmartPoint).
  • Customer-centric.
  • VISA requirement knowledge
  • Understanding of Foreign Exchange and ROE’s
  • Good English business communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Problem solving on your feet.
  • Diplomacy.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Tour Plan Experience
