Job Description
- Monitoring emails and receiving requests;
- Responding immediately to advise client that request is being addressed, and requesting additional information if necessary;
- Sourcing and evaluating options and prices and compile quotes for submission;
- Send an initial response to clients within 1 hour of receipt.
- Following up and actioning response as required;
- Advising on Visa or other travel related documents and requirements;
- Ensuring approval and/or order numbers are received;
- Issuing tickets and travel bookings, including pre-seating, meal requests, etc. via the relevant system;
- Ensuring clients frequent flyer information is captured and the benefits used where possible;
- Processing online travel insurance for clients;
- Processing car and hotel bookings online according to client requirements;
- Processing invoices and submitting to clients;
- Liaising with overseas partners to secure best possible pricing.
- Taking necessary action when travel plans are disrupted and advising clients of alternative options;

Required Qualifications
- Corporate travel experience
- Relevant system and travel management accreditation;
- Minimum 10 years’ travel management experience in domestic and International travel;
- Advanced knowledge of GDS (Amadeus)
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good geographical knowledge
