A busy established Corporate Travel Agency in Sandton seeks an Office Based Bookeeper clerk with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The ideal candidate should be able to perform all functions up to Trial Balance, if the need arises.
Half day will be considered depending on experience

- QuickTrav experience essential
- TravelIT experience beneficial
- Excel proficiency beneficial
- Assistance with credit Card Reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices onto QuickTrav
- Updating and maintaining accounting databases
- Debtors Queries & Reconciliations
- Creditors Queries & Reconciliations
Requirements
- Possess a relevant certificate or diploma or degree in accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data capturing
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Exceptional accuracy in handling financial data.
