Job Description
- Book and coordinate all aspects of employee travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist employees in the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Provide support to employees in resolving travel-related issues or emergencies, such as flight cancellations, missed connections, and lost luggage.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all travel arrangements and documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office to manage travel itineraries and maintain records.
- Demonstrate good geographical knowledge to provide accurate travel advice and recommendations.
- Manage time effectively, multi-task, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to maintain records and files in an orderly manner.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees and external vendors.
- Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional demeanour while interacting with employees and stakeholders.
- Work independently while being an integral part of the team, contributing to a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of travel consulting experience with expertise in the Galileo system.
