Job Description

• Provide client, user, agent and staff training where necessary
• Provide first and second-line support for our online booking tools
• Provide client, user and agent training
• Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate key personnel where necessary.
• Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated.

Required Qualifications

• Support experience on online booking tools essantail.      
• Galileo experience is essential - must have Galileo certificate. 
• Online implementation/support experience will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of business travel
• The ability to systematically analyses errors and suggest solutions
