- Provide first and second-line support for our online booking tools
- Provide client, user and agent training
- Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate key personnel where necessary.
- Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated.
- Support experience on online booking tools essantail.
- Galileo experience is essential - must have Galileo certificate.
- Online implementation/support experience will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of business travel
- The ability to systematically analyses errors and suggest solutions
- Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
- Good communication skills
- Teamplayer, willing to assit others.
