As the primary point of contact for each client on your portfolio, your role is to understand and manage each client’s objectives and best align these to our range of services. Operating within the FCM Travel Soltions team and reporting into the Team Leader you will play a key role in driving customer retention and KPI results for the corporate division.
- Consulting experience
- Previous Travel management / consulting experience ranging from domestic to international
- 1 – 3 years for a Junior consultant
- Travel and Tourism diploma including GDS training an advantage but not compulsory.
- Amadeus preferntial
