        General Details
Duties:
	- Process and respond promptly to all travel requests .
 
	- Manage a portfolio of clients with the assistance of Senior/Intermediate/Junior Travel Consultants
 
	- Booking of cars, transfers, accommodation
 
	- Dispatch documents on time.
 
	- Ensuring that clients are informed at first contact of all relevant visa and health requirements and handling of visa applications
 
	- Upgrading of tickets, re-routings
 
	- Processing refunding of tickets and revalidation of tickets
 
	- Visas, Travel Insurance and assistance with Foreign Exchange
 
	- Investigating ADM’s and providing the BSP controller with an explanation for each one when required to do so
 
	- To supervise, support and lead a team of travel consultants
 
	- Investigating all relevant problems which may arise
 
	- Liaison with other departments to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction is achieved
 
	- Ensuring a high level of maturity to not distribute or react to confidential information
 
	- Attend meetings, functions, interviews and any other meetings as required
 
	- Facilitation during the recruitment process and providing training to new travel consultants
 
	- Ensure that all Travel consultants comply with stipulated boundaries and follow Company procedures
 
	- Guiding and assisting of all consultants within the team with problems and queries
 
	- Ensure that queues are checked and LD lists are cleared
 
	- Create a “team spirit” by arranging outings and events for team members
 
	- Assisting with performance appraisals and monthly scorecard reviews
 
	- Co-ordinate weekly travel  team meetings to inform any updates or relevant changes within the business
 
	- Manage specified ad hoc projects or tasks as requested by the Operations Manager.
 
	- Group bookings, Car, Hotels and conference packages.
 
	- Ticketing of group tickets and finalizing itineraries for the total package
 
	- Follow up with all clients weekly regarding the service levels they are receiving
 
	- Follow up with all international quotes once sent
 
	- Make sure our turnaround time is adhered to
 
	- Check all quotes before going out to clients
 
	- Check that your team is actioning Queues at all times
