Job Description

• Knowledge handling FIT's and Group bookings.
• Responsible for tailor made itineraries.
• Book accommodation, transfers, car hire.
• Other duties are to offer alternative quotations in order to be competitive.
• Provide clients with a 12 – 24 hour turnaround depending on the complexity of the quotation.
• Making sure all quotes and booking requests are acknowledged  on the day of client original requests.
• Follow all the necessary procedures that are required in making a reservation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working for an Inbound Tour Operator.
• Wetu/ Tourplan.
• Destination knowledge in Southern Africa.
