Job Description
The Customer Relations & Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the airline's presence, brand awareness, and market share in the designated region. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive promotional activities, partnerships, and campaigns tailored to the regional market.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIM, AMA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the airline or travel industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the airline's overall objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer behaviour, competitive landscape, and regional trends. Use insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints in the region.
- Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Establish and maintain relationships with local travel agencies, tourism boards, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to enhance market reach and brand positioning.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee regional digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
- Event Management: Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and foster customer loyalty.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and monitoring return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and Principle.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
