Role Purpose
The Finance Leader is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls while actively supporting day-to-day financial operations. This role plays a key part in protecting the organisation’s financial wellbeing, managing risk, and partnering with leadership to support sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function, including accounting, reporting, and financial controls
• Oversee daily and monthly bank, system, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accurate processing and allocation of all financial transactions and client payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including debtors and creditors
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes with no unresolved variances
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal policies
• Identify, investigate, and mitigate financial risks
• Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
• Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, reporting, and business decisions
• Remain hands-on in operational finance where required
