Job Description

Dynamic and highly experienced candidate sought for this exciting role of Team Manager for Groups and MICE.
10+ years proven experience managing large, high-end groups in the luxury travel, events or MICE sector. 
Demonstrated success in delivering programmes for discerning, high-profile clients. Good understanding of inbound/outbound tourism market and group travel operations. An excellent destination and group product knowledge of Southern Africa and ideally hands-on experience in East Africa. Extensive experience coordinating with B2B (agents) and direct clients.
Strong command of Excel, Wetu or similar itinerary-building platform.
