Job Description

• Issuing and invoicing of tickets on Travelport, Amadeus and NDC platforms
• Calculate and submit refunds (domestic and international)
• Calculate and process exchanges (domestic and international)
• Answering of phones, general member assistance and problem solving
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work as a team, share knowledge and train / assist junior staff

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Travel Agency
• Travelport and Amadeus proficiency
• Quicktrav experience
