Job Description

We’d love to hear from you if you have at least 5 years’ experience in group travel consulting.    

Our Client is seeking a detail-driven, service-oriented Groups Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team.

As a Groups Specialist, you will design and manage itineraries for inbound groups, covering mostly Southern Africa.

Strong product knowledge of Southern African destinations is a must for this role.

Create quotes using excel, liaise with suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and availability.

Coordinate logistics including accommodation, transport, activities and guides.

Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
