Atlantis Corporate Travel has an exciting new role has become available in the travel industry for an experienced Online Implementations Consultant that can form part of the growing Atlantis iTravel team. The job entails communicating with relevant managers and clients, respectively, to understand industry technical needs.
If you have this type of experience then this role could be what you are looking for. Your main responsibility is to support clients using the OBT and provide excellent support.

Duties
The Senior Online Implementations Consultants comprises of a wide range of responsibilities, which includes:
- Implement OBT for Corporate clients.
- OBT User and Admit training to clients and Travel Managers.
- Analyse client’s requirement and process flows.
- Customise online booking site with client profiles, company information and Travel policy.
- Testing of Online Booking site as per clients’ requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and configure corporate Air and land rates as per agreements
- Ongoing support to corporate admin users and TMC travel managers
- Monthly reporting on OBT usage and uptake.
- Develop current & future systems strategy
- Manage roll out, support and client training for applications.
- Manage and maintain current and future systems
- Manage implementations for all online clients.
- Develop training modules, OBT and Mobile Applications.
- Conduct Training & provide support on the above.
- Resolve cases with clients and suppliers.
- Implement OBT for Corporate clients.
