We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic inhouse travel team at Discovery Health. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly professional, fast-paced corporate environment, supporting one of South Africa’s leading organisations.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements while providing a seamless, high-touch service experience to internal stakeholders. The position forms part of a collaborative and professional inhouse team operating in a modern and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic, regional and international corporate travel bookings
• Provide expert travel advice and cost-effective routing solutions
• Handle complex itineraries, changes, and reissues
• Ensure policy compliance and best-value travel solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with travellers, bookers, and suppliers
• Deliver a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the corporate travel industry
• Strong working knowledge of Amadeus
• Understanding of NDC content and modern distribution channels
• Excellent airfare construction and ticketing knowledge
• Ability to work in a high-volume corporate environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional, client-focused approach

Advantageous

• Experience with QuickTrav accounting
• Inhouse or corporate travel management company (TMC) experience
• Exposure to reporting and back-office travel systems
