We are looking for a confident, solutions-driven Senior Travel Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, and proactive service.

• Creating and managing complex business travel itineraries
• Handling bookings efficiently while ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies
• Providing clear, professional communication and real-time updates to clients
• Resolving disruptions quickly and calmly
• Always ensuring duty of care and traveler safety
• Building strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels, and suppliers
• Staying ahead of industry trends and travel technology developments
• Delivering a consistently high standard of client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in corporate travel consulting
• Strong GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
• A commitment to service excellence

General Details

Working Hours

This role operates during standard office hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

In addition, consultants are required to work one evening per week until 18:00, as well as one weekend every four weeks, from Friday at 17:00 through to Sunday at 18:00, on a rotational basis.

These scheduled after-hours shifts ensure continued support and duty of care for our corporate clients.
