Job Description

A leading travel agency in Pretoria east is searching for a vibrant and dedicated bookkeeper and Data Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to perform reconciliations and Advanced Excel abilities.

Key Responsibilities: (Include the following – list is not exhaustive and other related duties may be assigned)

• Asset and Insurance register management
• Policy and Procedure review and drafting
• Monitoring and preparation of audit documentation
• Preparation of various reconciliations
• Data and Billing analysis
• Reporting
• Journal and Cashbook capture
• General bookkeeping up to trial balance

Required Qualifications

Requirements

• Individual should be able to work under pressure and perform various different tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Accounting Degree or Diploma
• Minimum of 1.5 years of SAICA or SAIPA Articles or 3years of relevant work experience.
• Drivers License
