Job Description
Summary:
	- Competent handling of all aspects of domestic, regional, and international travel
 
	- To ensure customer satisfaction
 
	- To enhance profitability
 
	- To sustain clients (Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business)
 
Key Responsibilities: (Include the following – list is not exhaustive and other related duties may be assigned)
	- Meet and exceed agreed TWF commission targets
 
	- Meet and exceed expected transaction between 350-450 per month
 
	- Manage after hour log calls in progress – no AH calls older than 30 days allowed
 
	- Manage and control own queues, queries (flagged), PQR queries, Online queries – no more than 5 queries older than 90 days allowed.
 
	- Quality fulfillment/ Ensuring accuracy of travel documents
 
	- Knowledge of Outlook email system: compile, type and distribute client itineraries
 
	- Follow up on e-mail enquiries
 
	- Prepare and process quotes enquiries via email as per client SLA.
 
	- Proper understanding of Document Producer.
 
	- Proper understanding of Taskflow.
 
	- Proper understanding of Cliqit.
 
	- Sell domestic, regional, and international flights, accommodation, car hire, etc, as per client request
 
	- Compile and calculate domestic, regional, and international fares and upgrades
 
	- Do fare building for domestic, regional, and international tickets.
 
	- Issue in exchange for domestic, regional, and international tickets
 
	- Proper understanding of domestic, regional, and international net remit and IT tickets
 
	- Understand processes to be follow for passengers with special needs and requests eg. Special meals, wheelchair, bikes, MAAS, etc
 
	- Correctly issue EMD’s and all domestic, regional, and international air ticket types
 
	- Proper understanding of TWF Deals,
 
	- Proper knowledge of TWF preferred suppliers.
 
	- Process refunds according to back office requirements and timeous submittal - no refunds older than 60 days allowed.
 
	- Stay informed about travel industry trends and updates from suppliers on travel restrictions
 
	- Know and adhere to all client SLA’s and S&T Policies ((2-4 Hours domestics and 4-8 Hours international request)
 
	- Provide excellent customer service, practice clear and effective communication
 
	- Respond to any client queries/concerns raised per email – act accordingly.
 
	- Knowledge on VISA/HEALTH applications and requirements

Education/Experaince 
	- National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 6 + years’ experience as consultant.
 
	- Galileo (SmartPoint).
 
	- Good English business communication skills – written and verbal.

	- Ability to work under pressure
 
	- Excellent knowledge of the GDS
 
	- Willing to work on Self Booking Tool
 
	- Excellent customer service

	- Knowledge of inter-airline policies and endorsement procedures
 
	- Understanding and ability to interpret and explain domestic, regional, and international fare rules
 
	- Fully conversant with preferred partners frequent flyer programs
