Job Description
Our client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant whose key purpose is to support the execution of sales campaigns, marketing initiatives and administrative tasks aimed at driving revenue and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Support the Head of Business Development in preparing sales quotes, proposals and presentations
- Maintain and update customer and sales databases
- Analysis and management of TripAdvisor and all platforms to monitor guest sentiment
- Monitor and respond to incoming leads or sales enquiries
- Support the Head of Business Development with client follow-ups and documentation
Marketing Support
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of email campaigns, newsletters and social media posts provide design support as needed.
- Support the Marketing Officer to maintain and update marketing materials, websites, brochures and online travel agencies (OTAs)
- Collect and analyze marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, SEO, social metrics)
- Support the execution of trade shows, webinars and promotional events
- Coordinate with agencies or suppliers on print, digital or merchandising assets
Administrative Tasks
- Manage calendars, appointments and travel for the sales team
- Support the Head of Business Development to prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance
- Monitor inventory of promotional materials and reorder when necessary
- Perform general office duties related to sales and marketing functions

Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years in a similar role, with extensive knowledge of the tourism industry.
- Minimum of a Marketing degree or equivalent, with a preferred diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

- Technical – MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, email marketing software. Knowledge of ResRequest or other reservation operating systems is an advantage.

- Analytical – Data entry, reporting, market research
- Communication – Verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, follow-up ability
