Job Description
- Knowledge handling FIT's and Group bookings.
- Responsible for tailor made itineraries.
- Book accommodation, transfers, car hire.
- Other duties are to offer alternative quotations in order to be competitive.
- Provide clients with a 12 – 24 hour turnaround depending on the complexity of the quotation.
- Making sure all quotes and booking requests are acknowledged on the day of client original requests.
- Follow all the necessary procedures that are required in making a reservation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working for an Inbound Tour Operator.
- Wetu/ Tourplan.
- Destination knowledge in Southern Africa.

General Details
- Our client is looking for a candidate who can speak, read and write Portuguese.
- Rotational afterhours.
- Full time in the office.
