Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIM, AMA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the airline or travel industry is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Communication in Portuguese (verbal and written) will be advantageous

General Details

• Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within the region may be required.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the airline's overall objectives and regional market dynamics.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer behaviour, competitive landscape, and regional trends. Use insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints in the region.
• Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Establish and maintain relationships with local travel agencies, tourism boards, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to enhance market reach and brand positioning.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee regional digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
• Event Management: Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and foster customer loyalty.
• Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and monitoring return on investment (ROI).
• Performance Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and Principle.
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
