Corporate Travel Consultant – Jenny’s Travel

Purpose of the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, compiling and coordinating domestic, regional, and international travel arrangements. This is an office-bound position where attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver seamless travel experiences are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end travel bookings including flights, accommodation, car hire, and travel insurance
• Handle flight changes, cancellations, and refunds promptly and accurately
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships with personalised, consultative travel solutions
• Ensure compliance with client policies and supplier agreements
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling value-added services
• Keep abreast of travel trends, technology, and industry updates

Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ proven experience in corporate travel consulting (non-negotiable)
• Travel and Tourism qualification (diploma or certificate)
• Proficiency in Amadeus 
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (majority of our client base is Afrikaans)
• Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing, and travel systems
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A team player with initiative, professionalism, and flexibility
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence
