Job Description

An experienced all-rounder with strong exposure to Inbound MICE, leisure groups, group series, and FIT bookings. It’s important that the individual fully understands the nuances of each market and has demonstrated experience working within those parameters.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• A relevant diploma (or similar qualification) and at least 5 years’ industry experience
• Strong working knowledge of Southern and East African travel destinations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Compliance with company policies and file procedures
• Creativity in crafting proposals, events, and itineraries
• A collaborative, service-driven attitude in a small team environment
• Willingness to assist in onboarding and training new team members
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Contract negotiation skills and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Ability to develop comprehensive event timelines and manage logistics
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Travelogic, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent under pressure with strong customer service and time management skills
• Sales-oriented and results-focused
