Job Description

• Analyse and manage airfare pricing using GDS and online platforms
• Monitor airline fare filings, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and risks.
• Create and maintain fare sheets, pricing matrixes, and special fare programs.
• Collaborate with airline partners to negotiate private fares, commissions, and promotional deals.
• Ensure accurate fare loading and rule application in booking systems.
• Support sales and customer service teams with fare-related queries and complex ticketing scenarios.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure fare accuracy and compliance with airline contracts.
• Provide insights and reports on fare performance, yield, and revenue optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in airfare pricing, ticketing, or revenue management (typically 3+ years).
• Proficiency in at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Worldspan).
• Strong understanding of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and IATA regulations.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

General Details

• Experience working with consolidators, OTAs, or airline pricing    teams.
• Familiarity with NDC (New Distribution Capability) and airline distribution technologies.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
