Job Description
Our client is looking for a well presented, ambitious and energetic sales executive, with at least 3 years in the tourism trade, preferably specializing in the inbound sector, to join their ever growing and exciting young hospitality chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build on existing sales achievements and contribute to company growth.
- Source new leads creatively and open new markets with innovative approaches.
- Conduct office visits and deliver engaging product knowledge presentations.
- Maintain and manage sales leads using Excel for record keeping and analysis.
- Scrutinize reports (from Central Res system) for insights such as repeat visits and long stays.
- Travel regularly, immersing in each property’s environment to build strong relationships with property managers.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients (e.g., Inbound Tour Operators, DMCs, Event Organisers).
- Provide in-person product training to identified client groups.
- Monitor on-site branding (banners, brochures, signage) and provide feedback reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance local business engagement (e.g., F&B development for leisure/industry).

Required Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally within hospitality, tourism or travel services.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and market expansion.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with reservation or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively. – NON NEGOTIABLE
