Key performance areas:
- Work from Pretoria office – full time.
- To assist TWF travel consultants with international land arrangements
- Quality Control Galileo PNRs – Destinations booked, Airports correct, dates of travel etc
- Update and communicate with consultants regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
- Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly.
Required Qualifications
Essential requirements:
- National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 10+ years’ experience as consultant.
- Galileo (SmartPoint).
- Customer-centric.
- VISA requirement knowledge
- Understanding of Foreign Exchange and ROE’s
- Good English business communication skills – written and verbal.
- Problem solving skill
- Diplomacy.
- Work under pressure.
