Job Description

Contract- 24 Months
 
  • Sells ET Ticket and services to customers;
  • Performs booking, selling, issuing and reissuing of tickets;
  • Handles customer requests, frequent flyer passengers and tour package passengers in coordination with sales office;
  • Handles the booking and ticketing of passengers requiring special assistance;
  • Checks daily closure of sales reports;
  • Sees that proper relationship is maintained between the public and the company and that public contacts are handled in business- like manner.

  • A Minimum of Tertiary Diploma in Tourism Management/Business Management
