Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to:
Processing, checking and issuing of international and domestic air tickets
Processing air ticket refunds
All ticketing related administration functions

Working hours are as per a shifted roster, working between 08.00 and 18.00. Weekend and Public holiday hours will also be rostered.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
The applicants will work in a team of experienced ticketors, who are responsible for providing an accurate, efficient and high service level to our network. You must be able to work on your own and be a team player and be flexible to put in extra hours where necessary. The position requires systematic and logical individuals who are well organised and have a high attention to detail and excellent administration and communication skills.

Full training will be provided however Travel industry experience and GDS (Amadeus) knowledge is a plus.
