The main objective of this role is to create travel entrepreneurs through supporting signed up agents to become transactional. Contacting agents on a regular basis to follow up and obtain feedback from them and assisting agents with any issues or queries they may have regarding the system or their bookings.
o Responsible for activation of non transacting agents
o Coordinate with non transacting agents to find out reason for poor business. Fix the issues of the agents
o Get feedback from agents on competition/market trends and pass the information on to the management/sales head
o Check with agent on sales personal feedback.
o Ensuring that the credit policy of the company is in line to support agents (in future)
o Training non transacting agents on new FlightSite Agent products, Coordinating with Sales team to ensure sales visit.
o Analyze and recommend new sales strategies to management, to achieve projected revenue targets through efficient and professional utilization of all available resources.
o Mapping of agents to each Sales Executive/ to track sales performance.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
• Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal) with a flair for selling.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the strong grasping & convincing abilities.
• Has contacts with Travel Agencies
• Good Team management skills
