Job Description

Lifestyle strategy and product offerings
• Growth of Lifestyle offering within eBucks
• Responsible for eBucks Lifestyle strategies, goals, achievements, relationships, standards, etc.
• Keep up to date with travel trends (online and real world).
• Source travel and lifestyle products relevant to the member base.
• Evaluate and identify potential partners, negotiate with, and manage the on-boarding process for new partners.
• Work with the eBucks and FNB Marketing team to promote and market Lifestyle to members.

Stakeholder management
• Maintain a positive relationship with key stakeholders in various FNB business units.
• Represent eBucks Lifestyle in relevant forums and attend and set up meeting to assure the growth and awareness of eBucks Lifestyle.
• Spotting opportunities where Lifestyle can collaborate with other areas in FNB.
• Maintain a close relationship with the eBucks Travel manager
• Build and optimise relationships with the various travel/product partners.

Lifestyle operations
• Responsible for the implementation and adherence of efficient and effective processes and procedures.
• Manage templates to be used such as quotation, booking forms, email templates, itineraries etc.
• Ensure required service levels and quality of customer service is maintained, a 9+ customer service is delivered.
• Deal with challenging customer requests and complaints.
• Assess the appropriateness of systems to deliver on business strategies and liaise with IT to implement changes when applicable.

People management
• Motivating and growing team members, including skills training requirements
• Ensure all agents are informed on all products offered and general destination training
• Manage performance of the team including recognition and reward, performance and personal development plans
• Recruitment of new staff when required.

Financial management and reporting
• Provide accurate monthly reporting to the eBucks Management team.
• Responsible for the financial management of the Lifestyle channel, including input into annual budgets.
• Close interaction with the Finance team to ensure that all supplier accounts are kept up-to-date and reconciled.
• Investigate and resolve operational losses and fraud incidents. Pro-actively identify ways to reduce / eliminate operational losses and fraud.

Projects
• Project owner for any projects that entails implementing new or improving systems for Lifestyle
• Attend all project meetings, representing Lifestyle and making business decisions in any project that affects Lifestyle or includes Lifestyle.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
* Must have a Matric or NQF 4 equivalent
* Degree, Course or diploma in Travel or Tourism would be advantageous
* At least 5 years senior management experience in the travel, tourism, concierge or 5 Star/Elite customer relations industries
* At least 5 years people management experience
* Sales and marketing experience
