- To manage Travel Consultants and support them in providing an effective and efficient service to the company's client base.
- To provide Travel Management Services to the client base, domestic, regional & international (timeously & accurate).

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 5-10 Years’ experience as a Travel Agent / Consultant
- 2 -3 Years Managerial experience
- Experience of managing a Team (of travel consultants)
- Experience working on Galileo system
- Computer Literacy (MS Word & Excel - Basic)
- Completed training course on Call Centre / Customer Service (will serve as an advantage)
- Studying towards a relevant qualification, will serve as an advantage
