To ensure that the productivity of the team is well managed, mentor staff and to provide the best advice and solutions to all requests, ensuring a cost effective solution to the client. Ensure that consultants are service orientated and that all client and TTS policies are adhered to. Ensure the ongoing all-encompassing viability of the division.

Qualification:
- Matric Qualification
- Travel Diploma
- Amadeus
- Up to date with all fares courses
- Relevant leadership courses
- Minimum 5 years international consulting at a senior level experience and Must have Team Leader experience in the BULK space
- VIP experience is a bonus
- Confident with clients face to face
